The Maya Vinic Coffee Collective originated to bring reconciliation and restore dignity to an Indigenous community with resource to share. The collective gathers many families together to grow, harvest, roast and market one of the most valuable resources of Chiapas- coffee. The pictures below are from the Maya Vinic coffee project.
